As school is winding down, I’m able to push a little harder.  I did that this weekend and was able to get a few more sketches out of the daughter, along with as much of a plan as can be expected of her.  She wants to do all of the sketches first, before doing any final drawings.  This is to make sure she doesn’t decide to switch styles half way through and also so that she doesn’t spend a lot of time doing a final drawing and then scrapping it for new inspiration.  It’s not to say these things can’t still happen, but it improves the chances of avoiding wasted effort.
